Sunlion Media Studio, hereinafter referred to as Sunlion, submits to following rules to protect your personal data: Sunlion collects, processes and uses your personal data subject to the data protection act of Bundesrepublik Deutschland and the data protection regulation of the European Nation. The bases are the applicable provisions of law, like the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Sunlion uses your personal data only to enable you to use the Internet service of Sunlion. In no account will Sunlion pass your personal data for promotion or marketing to a third party. This privacy policy do not stretch out to the website of other providers whose links are on the website of Sunlion.

Collection and processing of personal data

When visiting the websites of Sunlion, so called Server-Logfiles are stored by default. In doing so your access data are saved in a journal file, the Server-Log. The record contains following data: your IP address (by which your computer can be identified clearly), the remote host (Name and IP address of the computer who request the site), the time, the status, the transferred volume of data, the length of your visit and the website, where you came from, as well as the product and version information of the used browser. Other personal data are only stored by Sunlion if you pass them over yourself (for instance, in case of a request when using the contact form).

Use and passing on of personal data

Sunlion uses the data of their log files only for technical administration of their website. No user profiles are set up. Your personal data are only used to answer your requests. Sunlion will not use your personal data for promotion purposes or pass them over to third parties. The transmission to government and authorities in the limits of stringent legal regulations.

Cookies
